Brief History of Reynella East High SchoolOctober 1979, the Principal, Mr Terry Slaughter, and the school Treasurer, Mrs Underdown, commenced duties using the Yellow Unit of the Reynella East Primary School. In November 1979 Mr Pickburn, Community Coordinator, joined the inaugural staff of Reynella East High School. February 1980, the school was opened to students and 68 were enrolled.
